Langus Riverfront Park provides river access with a boat launch and fishing pier. There is a three-mile paved trail for walking, jogging and biking, where visitors can view waterfowls, raptors and shorebirds at the end of the trail.

This park was established in 1993 when a fifth grade teacher wanted to teach her class about biodiversity. With the help of her students, the green area near the school was transformed into a park, which now features rocky waters, a creek bed and a mitigation pond. Over time, new paths and an amphitheater have been added to the park.
